B-House:
A cozy home in a small space. Maximizing every corner of this 8m x 10m lot in Malolos, Bulacan.
The goal was to provide enough space for a small family unit of 4 while also accommodating and maximizing use of natural light and ventilation. Though an 8x10m lot tends to feel cramped, we felt it best to limit unnecessary corners and keep everything straightforward. Using a centralized staircase and hall, priority spaces such as the master’s bedroom and living room were moved to the front while the maid’s room w/ t&b, shared t&b, and 2 bedrooms occupied the back.
