Sarabia Store, Alabang Town Center

The Alabang Town Center store is the second branch to adopt the Sarabia Premier Boutique Concept, also designed by the studio, and first introduced at the Greenbelt 5 location. While it maintains brand consistency with the original store, the Alabang branch has a distinct identity—warmer in character. Inspired by its laid-back, loyal south clientele, the space features wood-like finishes in contrast to the stone materials used at Greenbelt 5.

A modern transformation requires a considered approach—one that accounts for key design principles to ensure the result feels genuinely contemporary rather than hastily modern. The design is governed by proportion, scale, composition, and timelessness- principles that shape a cohesive spatial language, and carry the family’s story throughout their new-old home.

The new Sarabia store is an unexpected boutique concept.

It is intended to delight loyal clients with its fresh and premium experience, while drawing-in new clientele with its polished, curated presentation and intriguing VIP concept.

The new olive green signature color signifies Sarabia as an established institution- associated with academia and dignified luxury.
