The project is envisioned as a modern tropical Villa's that blends clean architectural lines with warm natural finishes and lush landscaping. The project features an open resort-style layout with expansive glass openings, shaded outdoor areas with 3 Villa's connecting to a central pool that creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. Designed for relaxation, private gatherings and events, the space offers a balance of comfort, elegance, and resort living within a serene residential setting.

The façade is composed of clean geometric volumes softened by natural materials such as wood-textured accents and stone finishes, creating depth and visual harmony. Vertical screening elements provide shade, privacy, and filtered natural light while adding rhythm to the elevation.

The interplay of solid walls and open voids establishes a sense of security without sacrificing openness, resulting in a calm and welcoming presence.

Soon to be built in the upper part of the city, this project, with the guidance and expertise of Ar. Kayge, the facade adopts a modern tropical aesthetic characterized by clean horizontal lines, asymmetrical massing, and layered volumes that create depth and visual interest. A neutral palette of light stone cladding and white rendered walls is complemented by black metal accents and warm wood finishes, achieving a balanced contrast between solidity and warmth. Extended flat rooflines and recessed balconies provide shading and enhance the building’s horizontal expression, while large, glazed openings allow ample natural light and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
