📋 QUALIFICATIONS
With NC II - Rigger
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Age: 21 – 50 years old.
Core Skills:
Prepares and secures loads for lifting operations, selecting proper lifting gear and attaching slings, chains, or cables
Sets up and inspects rigging equipment, checking for wear, defects, and load capacity compliance.
Ensures safety compliance, identifying hazards, maintaining safe work environments, and following strict protocols
Operates or assists crane operations, signaling operators and coordinating safe movement of heavy materials.

📋 QUALIFICATIONS
With NC II or NC III - Heavy Equipment Operation (Crawler Crane)
Professional Driver’s License with restriction code 8
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Age: 21 – 50 years old.
Core Skills: Operate Crawler Crane, Conduct daily inspections, Preventative Maintenance, Load Management, Safety Compliance,Setup and Dismantling
Physicality: Must be physically fit for field work.

📢 NOW HIRING:

📍 Surveyor
✅ Background in surveying or a related field
✅ Experience with survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) is an advantage
✅ Willing to perform both surveying and construction support tasks
✅ Physically fit and willing to work outdoors

📍 Rigger
✅ At least 1–2 years of rigging experience
✅ Knowledgeable in lifting operations, slings, shackles, and hand signals
✅ Experience in pipeline or construction projects is an advantage
✅ Safety-conscious and physically fit

📍 Certified Overhead Crane Operator (Bridge Crane Operator)
✅ At least 1–2 years of experience operating an Overhead/Bridge Crane
✅ Valid Overhead Crane Operator Certificate preferred
✅ Knowledgeable in safe lifting procedures, crane inspection, and load handling
✅ Experience handling large steel or water pipes is an advantage
