🎓 Revision Zero is proud to celebrate our latest graduate – Janess Masion!

Last week, Janess graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, an achievement that marks the culmination of years of hard work and dedication.
Janess is the third student Revision Zero has supported through their college education all the way to graduation. Our support goes beyond financial assistance. We believe strongly in giving students the opportunity to gain meaningful, practical industry experience alongside their studies.

Over the past five years, Janess has spent her school holidays undertaking work experience with Revision Zero, gaining valuable exposure to the industry and becoming part of our team long before graduation. Now, with her degree completed, we are delighted to welcome Janess to Revision Zero full-time as one of our Construction Modelers.

We are incredibly proud of what Janess has achieved. This isn't the end of her journey with Revision Zero — it's the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We look forward to continuing to support her development, helping shape her career, and watching her grow as a professional in the construction and engineering industry.

Project Spotlight | InfraBuild NDC Warehouse Extension – Newcastle, NSW
Revision Zero is proud to have contributed to the successful delivery of the InfraBuild NDC Warehouse Extension in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.

Located within the Port of Newcastle precinct, the project forms part of InfraBuild's integrated steel manufacturing and distribution hub, enhancing warehouse capacity to support the storage, handling, and movement of steel products while strengthening one of Australia's key steel logistics facilities.

Our scope involved the detailed modelling and documentation of approximately 48.40 tonnes of structural steel, interfacing seamlessly with a 3D survey scan of the existing facility to ensure accurate coordination between the new and existing structures.

Revision Zero's services included:
• 3D Structural Steel Modelling – Development of a fully coordinated Tekla model integrated with the existing building survey data.
• Fabrication Drawings – Production of detailed shop drawings for structural steel members, connections, and associated fabrication requirements.
• Roof and Wall Sheeting Detailing – Documentation of roof and wall sheeting systems, including support members, fixings, and connection components.
• Installation & Demolition Sequence Plans – Preparation of sequence marking plans to assist safe, efficient, and coordinated site installation and demolition activities.
• Construction Documentation – Delivery of comprehensive er****on drawings and project documentation to support fabrication and on-site construction.

By combining advanced 3D modelling with accurate detailing and thorough coordination, Revision Zero helped ensure the structural steel package could be fabricated and installed efficiently, minimising site risk and supporting a smooth project delivery.

We are proud to have supported another important Australian industrial infrastructure project, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality structural steel detailing, BIM, and engineering documentation.

Over the past few months, the Revision Zero team has held a weekly M***i Day, where staff made a small donation each week in exchange for wearing casual clothes at work. Those small contributions gradually added up, allowing us to deliver a substantial care package to God Sanctuary for Stray Animals.

Our donation included dog food, treats, rice, medicines, other essential supplies, and a cash contribution from the Revision Zero team.

This incredible sanctuary was founded by Florante "Jojo" Lastimado, a man who gave up his career to dedicate his life to rescuing abandoned and unwanted animals. Today, he and his small team care for around 2,000 rescued dogs—an almost unimaginable commitment driven purely by compassion and an unwavering belief that every animal deserves a chance.

Many of these dogs have been rescued from abandonment, neglect, abuse, or local pounds where they were facing euthanasia. They often arrive frightened, injured, malnourished, or desperately in need of medical care.

Despite caring for so many animals, the sanctuary operates with extremely limited resources. Every day is a challenge to provide enough food, medicine, and veterinary care. There are times when Jojo and his team simply don't know where the next day's food will come from, relying almost entirely on the generosity of donors.

What touched us most was witnessing the genuine love between Jojo, his team, and the dogs. Every dog is treated as an individual. Jojo knows them by name, understands their personalities, and the bond they share is something truly special. Watching hundreds of rescued dogs run to greet him is both emotional and inspiring.

It was a powerful reminder that while one person cannot save every animal, one person can change the lives of thousands. Jojo's dedication has given thousands of dogs a second chance at life, and he continues to fight for them every single day.

A huge thank you to every member of the Revision Zero team who contributed over the past few months. Your generosity has made a genuine difference, and we're incredibly proud to support such an amazing cause.

Not every great project happens in the office! 🍻🍽️

Our team recently swapped models and deadlines for great food, plenty of laughs, and an awesome night out together.

These nights are about more than just enjoying a meal—they're about building friendships, strengthening our team, and taking the time to celebrate the amazing people behind Revision Zero. A strong team starts with great people, and we're lucky to have plenty of them.

We're proud to showcase our contribution to the Sydney Metro City & Southwest – Bankstown Conversion Project, where Revision Zero delivered two coordinated structural steel detailing packages under separate contracts that formed part of the same major infrastructure project.

This project further expands our growing experience in delivering structural steel detailing for rail stations, transport infrastructure, and associated rail assets across Australia.

Across both packages, our team delivered:
✔ Over 365 tonnes of structural steel detailing
✔ Comprehensive 3D Tekla modelling for fabrication
✔ Fabrication and er****on drawings
✔ Weld mapping and material traceability documentation
✔ Coordinated, fabrication-ready models and documentation developed to Australian project standards.

Although delivered under separate contracts, these packages formed a single coordinated project supporting the conversion of the Bankstown rail corridor into Sydney's next-generation metro network.

A huge thank you to our incredible team for another successful delivery and to our client for the opportunity to contribute to another landmark Australian infrastructure project.

Tomorrow, we join New Zealand in recognising Matariki, a time to reflect on the past year, celebrate the present, and look forward with hope and purpose to the year ahead.

Matariki reminds us of the importance of whānau, community, gratitude, and new beginnings—values that resonate strongly with all of us at Revision Zero.
While we acknowledge and celebrate this special occasion, our team in the Philippines will be operating as normal tomorrow, continuing to provide uninterrupted support to our clients and projects.
