We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in sales and marketing of heavy equipment, construction machinery, and industrial solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction, mining, and heavy equipment industry and can create strategies that generate leads, build brand visibility, and drive sales growth.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote construction equipment, heavy machinery, and industrial products.
Work closely with the sales team to increase market share and revenue.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Manage brand visibility through trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B industry events.
Help create marketing materials, digital content, and presentations for clients and partners.
Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and CRM management.
Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and equipment sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, dealer visits, and industry events.
