The company was granted Tax Exemption from income tax, license/permit fees and custom duties on imports under Republic Act 7459 known as "Inventors/Inventions Act of the Philippines". The Company accepts construction of houses, townhouses, and building. Royalty arrangement for the usage of its system is also welcome. The pre-fab wall is also ideal for interior walls and partioning of high rise buildings.
