From 33.35% to 40% overall progress in our B-Hive Project! 🙌

Just a quick meeting and a few instructions during our site inspection can make a big difference in keeping the project moving smoothly and, most importantly, providing a better client experience.

We’re now down to finalizing the Architectural Finishes and acquiring sample materials from our trusted suppliers for the purchase orders and actual construction implementation.

Slowly but surely, we’re getting there. MALAYO PA, PERO MALAYO NA! 🤍🏗️

One of the biggest misconceptions about hiring an Arkitek is - "ARKITEKS ARE ONLY FOR RICH PEOPLE, AND ARE JUST AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE IN CONSTRUCTION".

Yes, hiring an Arkitek may cost more UPFRONT but they actually help you to AVOID EXPENSIVE MISTAKES during construction progress. Their real job is to solve problems, organize and plan spaces efficiently, and design according to the owner's actual budget ahead of time.

"Drawing drawing lang yan, pampamahal lang yan ng bahay!"
