December 2024 marked the beginning of a vision - a dream residential project built with patience, planning, and purpose. What started as an inquiry and aspiration has now become a reality in motion.

Now, in May 2026, the Project Owner officially secured the construction of their future home with FA Sanchez Construction, Inc. - FASCI - a milestone that reflects trust, commitment, and the excitement of finally bringing the project to life.

From concept to construction, every step has been a testament to perseverance, collaboration, and faith in the process. We are truly grateful to be part of this meaningful journey and look forward to seeing this project transform into a home where lasting memories are made and meaningful golden years will be shared.

In many cultures, the month of May has long been associated with various beliefs and superstitions, often being considered an unfavorable time for major life decisions due to seasonal transitions and changing energies. However, despite the shift from summer to the rainy season, May is also widely regarded as a month of new beginnings, fresh opportunities, and renewed momentum before midyear — making it an ideal time to start new projects and pursue meaningful milestones.

With this, we are proud to announce that after a year and a half, CASA VIZMONTE is finally on its way to realization. From Schematic Design to Contract Documents, we are now halfway through the process.

Dear Arkitek is truly grateful for another meaningful milestone, especially to Mr. and Mrs. V, for their trust and collaboration throughout this journey.

B-HIVE || Designed for Love, Built for Living. A new space for shared beginnings.

NOVEMBER 04, 2024
This was the day the couple first reached out to Dear Arkitek for a Design Consultation. At that time, they were planning to start building their dream home after a year or two.

After eight months, they contacted us once again to ask about the next steps in our design process.

JULY 20, 2025
They officially confirmed and accepted our Professional Service Proposal for the Proposed Two-Storey Single Attached Residence.

JULY 26, 2025
We met for the preliminary site inspection and signing of the Professional Service Contract.

DECEMBER 08, 2025
After months of presenting different design schemes and layout options, the design was finally approved.

DECEMBER 10, 2025
The construction of the project was officially awarded to SE Prime Builders.

On DECEMBER 31st, we ended the year announcing that the project would soon commence by mid of the first quarter of 2026.

We admit that the project encountered a few months of delay — but after overcoming many challenges, we are proud to announce that B-HIVE HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED!

To everyone who helped make this possible, thank you so much. We are truly grateful for all the effort, patience, and time you have shared with us throughout this journey.

As Mrs. B beautifully said, “It is also a privilege to experience this.”

Likewise, Dear Arkitek would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Project Owners, Mr. & Mrs. B, for their trust, support, and collaboration throughout the entire process — from the Schematic Design Phase up to the Construction Phase.
