A three-storey house located in Sun Valley, Paranaque City, on a 90 sqm lot with an open ground floor and living, dining, and master bedroom on the second floor, along with four bedrooms on the third floor, requires smart space utilization and creative architectural planning.

Ground Floor (Open):
The open ground floor serve as a multi-purpose area, a garage, a garden, and a patio. There is a bathroom/powder room for use of guests.

Second Floor:
Living Room: As the central area of activity, the living room is small yet cozy. Incorporating comfortable seating, a sectional sofa, along with a coffee table and entertainment center.
Dining Room: Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a dining table with chairs, ideally placed near the kitchen for convenience.
