We designed a corner house facing an east-side park for two families, with separate residential units on each floor. To break the usual approach for small houses, spaces were carefully zoned to improve functionality and views.

The entrance was placed at the corner facing the park, and the design was developed in 3D from the early stages with a contemporary architectural style being practiced in the market. Each unit includes an independent open roof terrace for recreation and greenery.

A contemporary residential façade designed for a 10-marla private residence in the Lake City area. The design explores a balanced relationship between form, materiality, and light, creating a calm yet distinctive street presence.

The composition focuses on clean modern lines softened by warm textures, with careful use of natural materials and layered surfaces to add depth and character. Subtracted Volumes enhance the façade during evening hours while maintaining a refined daytime appearance.
