Cementitious Water Proofing on Brick Footing underneath D.P.C.

Its an optional or added layer of waterproofing done at the request of clients for those who are very much worried of the wall seepage and moisture else normal 2" thick D.P.C with polythene sheet is sufficient enough to prevent moisture provided if done properly.

Why D.P.C?
Its a Damp Proof Course that helps in stopping moisture seeping into your walls. Its usual thickness is 2"

It is a mixture of Cement Sand & Aggregate in a mix ratio of 1:2:4
