-HIGH RISE BUILDING-Mixed Use
Here building is serving as an identification of Pakistani Culture. Diverse culture of Karachi is represented through the principle of stacking, sharp corners are smoothen to avoid the
formation of leeward air pressure which is caused by the sharp corners, making the building sway. "Dhabba system" is introduced in an unconventional way combining the culture of Karachi i.e. Chai dhabbas with a modern technique using photovoltaic canopies.

Our site was located in front of the China Port, having immense significance of strategic location, can be served as tourism upholder. Here building is serving as an identification of place.

By taking the inspiration from the Mashribiya pattern, Islamic architecture can be sensed as our identity, connecting people to their region, giving them a feeling of belonging to the space.

Responsive Façade Pattern has been used to dodge the scorching beams of the sun, providing users privacy and avoiding direct heat gain.
