The purpose of today’s visit was to conduct a comprehensive joint inspection of the ground floor slab reinforcement before the scheduled concrete pour. Given the substantial footprint of 1400 square yards, the slab is divided into designated zones to manage thermal expansion and structural load distribution.

This rooftop design is a sophisticated blend of modern architectural lines and organic warmth, creating a luxurious outdoor sanctuary. The space is anchored by a large, light-wood pergola featuring integrated recessed lighting, providing both structure and a sense of intimacy.

Key Design Features:
Central Social Hub: A cozy sunken lounge area features plush, neutral-toned seating arranged around a striking circular fire pit, which serves as the focal point for evening gatherings.

Natural Textures: The design utilizes a rich palette of materials, including warm timber decking, a rugged stone feature wall with vertical accent lighting, and smooth gravel pathways.

Lush Greenery: Extensive landscaping—ranging from potted succulents and leafy tropical plants to a focal tree—softens the structural elements and enhances the "urban oasis" feel.

Layered Lighting: The ambiance is curated through a mix of functional and decorative lighting, including a sleek black floor lamp, path lanterns, and the warm glow of the fire.
