President Defclarea Johar Iqbal, accompanied by General Secretary Nadeem Ahmed Nazeer and Clifton representative Muhammad Shafi Jakwani, stated that Defclarea had submitted several proposals for the real estate sector, overseas investment, and increased remittances to Pakistan. Many of these recommendations have already been approved before the announcement of the 2026 Budget.

We are optimistic that the upcoming budget will be real estate-friendly and will provide a positive boost to the industry. We hope the Government of Pakistan will continue introducing measures that promote growth and investment.

The discussion focused on addressing community concerns and exploring measures for the betterment and convenience of DHA members and residents.
