About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a background in architecture or design to join our team as an Architectural Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will provide technical support, manage client inquiries, and serve as the liaison between our architectural products/services and our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to architects, designers, and contractors with technical product information and specifications.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM platforms.
Read and interpret architectural drawings to assist with orders and customization.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, sales, production) to fulfill customer needs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
Document all customer interactions in our system and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
Degree or experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2+ years in customer service or technical support.
Strong understanding of architectural terminology and drawings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
