Project : Waterfall Towers
Artistically designed as a multilayered structure, waterfall towers adopt a dynamic sculptural form through their undulating green balconies while revamping the site’s architectural landscape.
As a distinctive visual element of the project, the artificial cascade brings a sense of serenity amidst the urban setting, enticing visitors yet mimicking nature. Strategically overlapped architectural curves accentuate the overall organic expression of design, providing a transitioning space to confer strong visual continuity with the outdoor environment while respecting residents' privacy.
Deftly knitting together, the project comprises of three 8-storey high residential towers featuring 1 and 2-bed apartments designed specifically on passive design principles to articulate regenerative development. Multiple cores have been designed to provide several private elevator lobbies making the design more accessible to its residents.
Deliberately design in white, the curvaceous form wraps around the towers increasing thermal insulation while exhibiting a strong architectural character.
