๐ Hardware-X Workshop | Teaching the Teachers (14th Edition) at LUMS.
Dr Tehseen Ilahi Completed the Hardware-X: Advanced Workshop on Circuit Theory, Measurements, and Design, the 14th edition of the Teaching the Teachers series, hosted by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering at LUMS from Dec 22โ26, 2025.
This workshop was organized as a learning and engagement initiative aimed at professional growth and knowledge sharing. It brought together faculty members, research staff, and industry professionals, providing a valuable platform for academic interaction, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas.
Grateful to Prof. Asad Ali Abidi, Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of California, (USA), for demonstrating the effectiveness of chalk-and-board teaching in achieving clarity and deep comprehension, an approach that continues to inspire my own classroom practices.
Appreciation to , LUMS, for facilitating such impactful faculty development initiatives. I hope to see continued institutional support for these programs to strengthen engineering education.
It is hoped that this learning will be effectively implemented in practice, alongside continued encouragement and support from universities and academic authorities for broader faculty participation in such initiatives.
