Due to the current crisis situation in Pakistan, educational activities were temporarily suspended and universities were directed to shift towards online learning.
In response, the Department of Commerce is actively conducting online classes to ensure that students’ academic activities continue without interruption. This step reflects the department’s commitment to maintaining the learning process and supporting students during challenging times.
We appreciate the efforts of faculty members and students for adapting quickly to the online mode and continuing the journey of education. 📚💻

Awais Raja has consistently maintained a strong academic record throughout his degree program. Based on his academic performance in the 1st semester, he was awarded a laptop under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme. Furthermore, he received the Honahaar Scholarship on the basis of his CGPA of five semesters.

Along with academics, Awais Raja is an active member of a university society where he participates in various co-curricular activities. He also participated in the Entrepreneurial Gala Event organized by the Department of Commerce, which enhanced his entrepreneurial mindset and teamwork skills.

Moreover, he actively participated in the Annual Departmental Lunch events. On one occasion, he performed Sufiana Kalam, and on another he presented humorous poetry, which helped him develop confidence, public speaking skills, and creative expression.
