Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Content Executive to own the entire lifecycle of our visual and social media content. This is a multifaceted, hands-on role perfect for a creative professional who thrives on both production and strategy. You will be responsible for capturing stunning video footage of our properties and construction progress, transforming it into compelling stories, and managing its distribution and promotion across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, and analyzing social media metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Editing (Primary Focus):
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for residential properties (interior/exterior), construction sites, company events, and testimonials.
Operate and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment.
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for various platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube, website).
Incorporate graphics, music, color correction, and sound design to create a premium final product.
Manage video assets and maintain an organized digital library.
2. Social Media Management & Strategy:
Develop and execute a cohesive social media content calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Create and publish engaging static posts, stories, and carousels to complement video content.
Write compelling captions that align with brand voice and drive engagement.
Implement paid social advertising campaigns ("boosting") to increase reach, generate leads, and promote key content/ listings.
Actively manage and engage with our online community (respond to comments, messages, and reviews).
3. Podcast Management:
Coordinate all aspects of the company podcast, including scheduling, recording, basic audio editing, and publishing.
Assist in developing topics and preparing interview briefs.
4. Content Administration & Feedback:
Proactively gather and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders (sales, project managers, leadership) on video edits and social content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for videos and social campaigns, using insights to optimize future content.
Stay current with the latest trends in videography, social media algorithms, and digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Portfolio: A strong demo reel/portfolio showcasing real estate, construction, or similar videography and editing skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc).
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic creation.
Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and audio equipment.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and their best practices.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Creative & Organizational Skills:
Excellent visual storytelling and compositional skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in a similar content creation role.
Experience in the real estate, construction, or related industry.
Basic understanding of SEO principles for YouTube and web content.
Experience with podcast production tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
Knowledge of email marketing platforms
