# # # # Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Project Engineer to oversee the complete on-site ex*****on of luxury residential house projects in DHA Lahore. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience of at least 10 years in building construction (preferably grey structure + finishing of high-end residences) and will be fully responsible for day-to-day site management, quality control, material procurement, labor coordination, and timely delivery of milestones.
# # # # Key Responsibilities
- Fully supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for residential house projects from foundation to handing over.
- Prepare, review, and implement daily/weekly work schedules and ensure strict adherence to approved timelines.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings; prepare and verify AutoCAD shop drawings (rebar bending schedules, shuttering layouts, detailing, etc.) whenever required.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors for smooth ex*****on and resolution of technical issues on site.
- Handle complete material procurement cycle: raise material requisitions, obtain quotations, negotiate with vendors, place purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of approved materials to site.
- Maintain proper material reconciliation, stock registers, and avoid wastage/over-ordering.
- Arrange and manage labor contractors (masonry, steel fixing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, etc.) including attendance, productivity monitoring, and payments.
- Enforce strict quality control and safety standards as per DHA bylaws and international best practices.
- Conduct daily site inspections, maintain site diary, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and highlight any delays or issues with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with DHA authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance.
- Manage site security, housekeeping, and ensure a safe and organized working environment.
# # # # Required Qualifications & Experience
- DAE Civil / Btech Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (B.Sc. preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of proven hands-on experience in building construction, specifically residential houses or villas (grey structure + finishing).
- At least 5 years of experience working on projects in DHA Lahore or equivalent high-end housing societies will be preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (must be able to independently create and modify shop drawings).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, local market rates, and reliable vendor network in Lahore.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, material management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and man-management skills to handle 50–150 labor force on site.
- Good command over MS Office (especially Excel & MS Project for planning).
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
