Oh hi! It's me, it's been a while. How ya doing? Some of you will know, most won't, that l've recently relocated to the Algarve. Thanks to for reaching out to get this bike seat ready for action. We went for a nice antique brown and tan situation with double diamonds and top stitching, finished with a ceramic coating so any rain just runs right off.

This has to be one of the most intense jobs l've done to date.
Twisted frame ✅
Broken springs ✅
Double stitching with single needle machine ✅
Seat scollops ✅
Lumbar support ✅
Shall we throw in some mad shapes?✅
Then we'll sprinkle in some eyelets ✅
What about getting all of that to line up?✅
MY DAYS! 🥵

VTS doorcards that were looking a bit sorry for themselves.
The fabric was saggy and he was wondering if anything could be done.
It's quite common to see sagging headliners and fabrics.
It's usually because the foam backing of the fabric disintegrates over time leaving the cloth with nothing to stick to.
The cards were stripped down, cleaned, inserts hand washed, all glued and stuck back into place 😎
