Geometry of Life — Chapter Two
Molteni&C

In the contemporary home of Clara and Alan, the new Physis kitchen by Vincent Van Duysen becomes more than a backdrop. It becomes a quiet architecture of daily life, where gestures, memories, and shared moments naturally find their place.

The second and final chapter of Geometry of Life continues its intimate reflection on family, domesticity, and the invisible lines that connect generations. Between presence and memory, space and emotion, a new geometry takes shape — one made of closeness, rhythm, and the beauty of being at home.

As part of Lisbon Design Week 2026, Joana Teixeira presented IMERSA at Servànt Showroom, an exhibition conceived as a passage into a world suspended between reality and dream.

Its concept begins with a powerful idea: imagination as a form of freedom. At the entrance, a portal opened the way into IMERSA, inviting visitors to leave the familiar rhythm of the showroom behind and enter Joana’s universe of reflection, freedom, and dream. With Portuguese-made pieces, light, and silence, she created an atmosphere where design was not only seen, but felt as a way of approaching what does not yet exist.

For Servànt, IMERSA felt like a natural continuation of the space: a meeting point between interiors, emotion, and craftsmanship, where the showroom became part of the experience itself.

During Lisbon Design Week 2026, the Molteni&C Flagship Store welcomed Alma Mater, a limited-edition functional art collection by Arianna Bavuso, co-founder of AB+AC Architects.

For this period, the showroom entered a meditative rhythm of stillness. The warm scent of hand-poured beeswax candles and the quiet precision of stainless steel created a delicate contrast in the space: soft, sensorial, clear, and architectural. Together, they invited each visitor to slow down, breathe deeper, and notice how light, material, and silence could gently reshape perception.

Thank you to all those who came by, paused, listened, and allowed themselves to enter this meditative moment with us. In a way, what stays with us is not only what we see, but what we share.

Imersa exhibition by Joana Teixeira
Servànt Showroom

During Lisbon Design Week 2026, we invite you to discover Imersa, an exhibition by Joana Teixeira.

Conceived as a piece of visual poetry, the installation explores imagination as a space of absolute freedom, where design becomes a threshold between the real and the dreamlike. It invites us to slow down the gaze and enter a dimension where the living room is no longer a physical limit, but a starting point for what does not yet exist.

Today was the first day of our guided tour at Molteni Palazzo, and the 2026 Collection stayed with us from the very first room. Thank you to everyone who joined us and experienced it alongside our team.

Naoto Fukasawa’s Bosco feels instinctive and grounding, with a presence that quietly settles around you.

Cristián Mohaded’s Corsetto has a rare kind of character, generous in shape and marked by that distinctive leather detail that holds the whole form together.

We were equally drawn to Physis, the kitchen designed by Vincent Van Duysen, where rounded forms and precise detailing give the space a clear, balanced feel.
Its sculpted surfaces, soft wood tones and expressive stone bring warmth and depth, making the kitchen feel both architectural and inviting.

There was a particular atmosphere throughout the day, warm light, rich surfaces, and a sense of design that did not need to ask for attention.

Everything felt considered, yet never overworked.
What stays with us is a sense of depth and softness, and forms that reveal themselves over time.
