🌍Our Erasmus+ project “Code for Connection” (2025-1-RO01-KA153-YOU-000301381), implemented in the city of Sfântu Gheorghe, has successfully concluded. Participants in our training came from 10 countries: Romania 🇷🇴, Hungary 🇭🇺, the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Austria 🇦🇹, Greece 🇬🇷, Lithuania 🇱🇹, Latvia 🇱🇻, the Czech Republic🇨🇿 , Turkey 🇹🇷, Spain 🇪🇸.
During the training, young people developed skills in emotional intelligence and conflict management: their self-awareness and empathy strengthened, they became more conscious in handling conflicts, and their communication and teamwork improved. They were introduced to the Thomas–Kilmann conflict-handling model and several theoretical tools (stages of conflict, conflict map, ABC triangle, onion model, conflict tree, pyramid model), which helped them explore the causes of conflicts and possible solutions.
Through theatrical and alternative methods, experiential learning, and using the Open Space Technology approach, they developed 10 project ideas and created audiovisual materials that can also be used in their own communities.
An important part of the program was local research in Sfântu Gheorghe: the 40 participants contacted a total of 47 people, including institution leaders and young people. The main goal of these conversations was to enhance the participants communication, conflict-handling, and emotional awareness skills.
This week, we acquired competencies and experiences that will be valuable throughout our lives, both professionally and personally.

🌍Proiectul nostru Erasmus+ „Code for Connection” (2025-1-RO01-KA153-YOU-000301381), desfășurat în orașul Sfântu Gheorghe, s-a încheiat cu succes. La trainingul nostru au participat tineri din 10 țări: România 🇷🇴, Ungaria 🇭🇺, Țările de jos 🇳🇱, Austria 🇦🇹, Grecia 🇬🇷, Lituania 🇱🇹, Letonia 🇱🇻, Cehia 🇨🇿,
Turcia 🇹🇷, Spania 🇪🇸.
Pe parcursul trainingului, tinerii și-au dezvoltat abilități în domeniul inteligenței emoționale și al gestionării conflictelor: și-au consolidat autocunoașterea și empatia, au devenit mai conștienți în gestionarea conflictelor, iar comunicarea și munca în echipă s-au îmbunătățit. Au fost familiarizați cu modelul de gestionare a conflictelor Thomas–Kilmann și cu mai multe instrumente teoretice (etapele conflictului, harta conflictelor, triunghiul ABC, modelul ceapă, arborele conflictului, modelul piramidă), care i-au ajutat să exploreze cauzele conflictelor și posibilele soluții.
Prin metode teatrale și alternative, învățare experiențială și folosind metoda Open Space Technology, au dezvoltat 10 idei de proiect și au creat materiale audiovizuale, pe care le pot folosi și în comunitățile lor.
O parte importantă a programului a fost cercetarea locală în Sfântu Gheorghe: cei 40 de participanți au contactat în total 47 de persoane, inclusiv lideri de instituții și tineri. Scopul principal al acestor discuții a fost dezvoltarea abilităților participanților în comunicare, gestionarea conflictelor și conștientizarea emoțională.
În această săptămână, am dobândit competențe și experiențe care ne vor fi utile pe tot parcursul vieții, atât profesional, cât și personal.

🌍Sikeresen lezárult a „Code for Connection” Erasmus+ projektünk (2025-1-RO01-KA153-YOU-000301381), amelyet Sepsiszentgyörgy városában valósítottunk meg. 10 országból vettek részt a képzésünkön: Románia 🇷🇴, Magyarország 🇭🇺, Hollandia 🇳🇱, Ausztria 🇦🇹, Görögország 🇬🇷, Litvánia 🇱🇹, Lettország 🇱🇻, Csehország 🇨🇿, Törökország 🇹🇷, Spanyolország 🇪🇸.
A képzés során a fiatalok fejlődtek az érzelmi intelligencia és a konfliktuskezelés terén: erősödött önismeretük, empátiájuk, tudatosabbá váltak a konfliktusok kezelésében és javult a kommunikáció és csapatmunkájuk. Megismerkedtek a Thomas–Kilmann konfliktuskezelési modellel és több elméleti eszközzel (konfliktus szakaszai, konfliktustérkép, ABC-háromszög, hagyma-modell, konfliktusfa, piramis modell), amelyek segítették a konfliktusok okainak és megoldási lehetőségeinek feltárását. Színházi és alternatív módszerekkel, élményszerűen tanultak, Open Space Technology módszerrel 10 projektötleteket dolgoztak ki és audiovizuális anyagokat készítettek, amelyeket saját közösségeikben is felhasználhatnak.
A program fontos része volt a helyi kutatás Sepsiszentgyörgyön: a 40 résztvevő összesen 47 személlyel vette fel a kapcsolatot,intézményvezetőkkel és fiatalokkal.
A beszélgetések fő célja a résztvevőink kommunikációs, konfliktuskezelési és érzelmi tudatossági készségeinek a fejlesztése volt.
Ezen a héten olyan kompetenciákat és tapasztalatokat sajátítottunk el, amelyek életünk során, mind szakmai, mind személyes szinten hasznosnak lesznek.
