SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-part, polymer-modified cementitious slurry for waterproofing and damp-proofing concrete, brickwork, and render, inside and out.
Brushed on in two coats, it does three jobs at once:
Seals concrete against water pe*******on and damp

Before the heavy rains, check your exterior walls. Two things decide whether they hold up:

The coating: a quality exterior waterproof or elastomeric emulsion flexes with the wall and blocks moisture. If your walls have only standard paint, they need more.
The cracks: seal every hairline gap and structural hole before the rains start. Water finds them first, then works its way in.

Fix these now, while it's dry. Talk to HOMNA about getting your walls ready.
