Key Responsibilities
• Aggressively pe*****te new markets across Saudi Arabia for trading and service solutions.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and commercial clients.
• Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposal → negotiation → closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Conduct field visits, networking, cold outreach, and relationship-driven selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry interactions.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Hunter in trading and/or services.
• Strong record of new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Aggressive, resilient, and target-obsessed mindset
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold prospecting, field sales, and high-volume follow-ups.
• Ability to operate independently and build markets from scratch.
• Strong local market knowledge in Saudi Arabia is a big advantage.
• Any nationality welcome.
Performance Expectations
• Monthly sales targets will be assigned and strictly monitored.
• KPIs include new client acquisition, conversion ratio, revenue generation, and pipeline growth.
