This grass area is approximately 3ha or 30,000m2. Anyone want to guess how many Husqvarna 450x Automowers were used to maintain this area?

"Can robotic mowers cut tall grass?"
Answer : NO.

This is the misconception of most people thinking that robotic mowers behave the same as our current ride on mowers. Cutting the grass once every 2 to 4 weeks.

The purpose of robotic mower is to maintain the grass height of the lawn. They will keep the grass height constant by cutting the grass everyday.

You won't to have to deploy large amount of manpower as the robotic mowers will reduce the manpower needed.

The manpower can be better deployed for more useful task, like tree and plants pruning where we can't automate the process.

So below shows the preparation work done by our contractor. Before deploying the robotic mowers to maintain.

A little change from the usual. Instead of robotic mowers, we have robotic pool cleaner in action.

"Is it safe to have the pool cleaner charge underwater?" The question we always get.

Yes it is safe. Or else it will not be cleaning the numerous pools around the world.

And with this feature, you no longer need to be around or close the pool to do pool maintenance. It can be done during the night when everyone is fast asleep.

We have seen racing cars goes off track and onto the grass. But have you seen a sports car cut grass?

"This looks like a sports car" was the first comment when people see the robot.

Ambrogio Robot L400i Deluxe now being deployed in our Changi Airport lawn area, together with his other counterparts and Husqvarna automowers.

Most people don't get to see them in action. So here are some photos.
