PROOF OF TREATMENT

This is to certify that ALL SAFE MASTERS FACILITY has carried out Car Fumigation Treatment for Cockroaches and Crawling Insects using pesticides and treatment methods in accordance with Singapore’s pest management requirements.

The treatment was conducted by trained pest management personnel using NEA-registered public health pesticides suitable for the control of cockroaches and other crawling insects.

The service includes:

* Inspection of vehicle interior and affected areas.
* Application of approved insecticidal treatment.
* Fumigation / residual treatment where necessary.
* Monitoring and recommendation to prevent re-infestation.
* Compliance with safety procedures and manufacturer’s application guidelines.

Under Singapore’s pest control regulations, vector control services involving cockroach treatment must be carried out by licensed Vector Control Operators using NEA-registered pesticide products. Public health pesticides used for cockroach control must bear a valid NEA registration mark.
