Job Responsibility .
Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.
Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.
Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
Cleans up worksite debris.

We are Hiring - Assistant Store Keeper
Assists with maintaining organized and clean storerooms that are properly labeled, and product is protected and safeguarded.
- Assists with preparing storerooms for new inventory to be received. Stock stores according to USPH and safety standards.
- Responsible for rotating product in stores in accordance to first-in-first-out (FIFO) and expiration dates.
- Assists with preparing external orders of food, chinaware, glassware, hollowware, flatware, and table linen for the Provision Master.
- Assists in maintaining all related inventory within budgeted levels and reports any variances to the Provision Master.
- Assists with receiving food orders and storing product according to USPH and SEMS regulations.
- Advises Storekeeper of any variances from received orders compared to order.
- Assists with filing internal requisitions, and issuing the product requested and approved, according to Company policy.
- Assists with controlling waste and spoilage of product. Completed room temperature logs on SEMS, USPH, and FDA approved forms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
- Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and the SEMS, and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.

Vacancy exist in the company for the position of Welders and Assistant Welders to interested applicants that the following;

Qualifications:
a).At least Junior Secondary School level 3 or 5 years practical experience working at a well established and recognized metal workshop.
b). Must have proven ability to manufacture or construct metal doors, windows, railings, gates of different designs, specifications/dimensions with little supervision.
c). Should be conversant with various welding plants, other tools and quality of welding materials.
d). Must be physically strong, and mentally fit with good eye sight.
e). Must be able to work 6 days per week from 8.30am to 5pm daily
f). Salaries shall be determined based on proven knowledge and experience on the job after 14 days of practical tests

a). Qualification - HND Certificate in Lathe Turner
b). Experience -Must have at least 5(Five) years practical experience working in manufacturing or construction companies
c). Proven Ability to operate Lathe Turner Industrial Machines with skills to construct or manufacture machinery spares of difference specifications/dimensions.
d). Working days 6(Six) days per week; Hours of Work 8.30am to 5.pm at workshop and on construction sites.
e). Salary negotiable after testing period of 14 days.
