1. 👷 Civil Engineer (Min. 10 Years Experience)
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Portfolio of previous works

2. 📐 Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in construction cost estimation and management
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction procedures

3. 👷♂️ Foreman
Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction
- Ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams
- Strong understanding of safety and building regulations
- Proven experience overseeing multiple projects

4. 🧱 5 Bricklayers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bricklaying
- Ability to work with precision and meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of various bricklaying techniques and materials

5.👷♂️ 15 General Laborers
Requirements:
- Experience in construction preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual labor
