ครัวอัปษร วันแบงค็อก..
ร้านอาหารไทยดั้งเดิมที่เปิดมาเกือบ 30 ปี กับการออกแบบปรับโฉมใหม่เพื่อรองรับกลุ่มเป้าหมายใหม่ภายใต้แนวคิด รับประทานอาหารรสมือย่า

การออกแบบพื้นที่ภายในเพื่อให้รับรู้ได้ถึงบรรยากาศของบ้านคุณย่า
โดยการใช้องค์ประกอบที่แสดงถึงความเป็นไทยอย่างผนังฝาประกน
และโคมไฟหลังคาจั่วมาผสมผสานกับวัสดุอย่างกระเบื้องโมเสคสีน้ำเงิน กระเบื้องดินเผา และไม้โทนสีต่างๆเพื่อให้ได้บรรยากาศที่มีความทันสมัยและอบอุ่นเหมือนได้กลับไปรับปรระทานอาหารที่บ้านคุณย่า
Krua Apsorn — a cherished Thai restaurant loved for nearly 30 years —
is stepping into a new chapter, welcoming a new generation of diners
with a refreshed interior under the concept: “Home-cooked meals,
just like Grandma used to make.”

The redesign brings the warmth of Grandma’s home into the dining experience.
From fa-prakon wooden walls to gable-inspired pendant lights, every detail
has been thoughtfully chosen to reflect the soul of Thai heritage.

These traditional elements are paired with contemporary materials like deep blue mosaic tiles, terracotta floors, and warm-toned woods — creating a space that feels both timeless and inviting...
