รีสอร์ตกลางทุ่งนาและป่าสักในจังหวัดน่าน ชื่อ "สฐา" พ้องเสียงกับ "สถาน" เพื่อสื่อถึงความตั้งใจของเจ้าของและนักออกแบบ Studio Miti ที่ต้องการอาคาร ให้มีความถ่อมตนต่อบริบท ตั้งใจเก็บต้นสักและต้นมะขามเดิมไว้ให้มากที่สุด หยิบภาพจำ "บ้านดำ" ของล้านนามาใช้กับไม้สักทาสีดำทั้งหลังและเปิดช่องแสงเพียงน้อยแบบเรือนล้านนาโบราณ แบ่งห้องพักและพูลวิลล่าตามทิวทัศน์ทั้งโซนริมนาและโซนป่าสัก พร้อมสอดแทรกลาย "น้ำไหล" จากผ้าชื่นไทลื้อลงบนพื้นทางเดิน พร้อมสื่อสารเรื่องราวย้อนตำนานการเกิดพระธาตุแช่แห้ง ทำให้โรงแรมได้เป็นสถานที่ช่วยสร้างรายได้และสีสันกลับคืนสู่ชุมชนเกษตรกรรมรอบข้างไปพร้อมกัน
