A series of repetitive vertical concrete fins constitutes the primary façade system, functioning simultaneously as a climatic filter, a spatial threshold, and a rhythmic structural articulation. This tectonic rhythm establishes degrees of permeability and visual porosity, enabling controlled admission of natural light and curated framing of the site’s distant topography. As a result, the façade operates not merely as an enclosure but as an instrument for calibrating phenomenological encounters. The plan organization follows a linear spatial logic oriented toward the landscape. Large apertures, voids, and framed openings are strategically located to construct axial view corridors that internalize the surrounding mountains, vegetation, and sky. Within the interior, a reflective water surface functions as an atmospheric device, multiplying spatial depth through optical reflection while enhancing acoustic and thermal stillness. In doing so, it reinforces a contemplative ambient quality aligned with slow observation and environmental attunement. Materiality is treated with disciplinary precision. Exposed reinforced concrete, left unadorned, emphasizes material honesty and structural coherence while foregrounding the temporal dimension of weathering and light incidence on its surfaces. The building’s low horizontal profile and earth-bound massing enable it to embed within the terrain rather than assert dominance upon it, producing a reciprocal dialogue between architecture and site. Overall, the project advances an architectural proposition oriented toward phenomenology and contextual integration. Through its calibrated interplay of tectonics, atmosphere, and landscape, the design constructs an environment where perception, temporality, and ecological context become the primary agents of spatial meaning.
