Hari Singh And Sons limited was first Established in Tanzania in 1951 by Mr Hari Singh Dhani and his three sons Daya Singh Dhani, Parkash Singh Dhani and Gurmit Singh Dhani. In 1975 Daya Singh Dhani and Gurmit Singh Dhani retired from the company. The company was restructured by Parkash Singh Dhani, Surjeet Singh Dhani, Jaspal Singh Dhani, Rajenderpal Singh Dhani and Sukhvir Singh Dhani. The compa

ny then started civil and building construction. Hence the company is registered in class 1 with civil contractors and class 3 with buildings with the Contractors Registration Board of Tanzania
