This year, Milan Design Week wasn’t about “wow, I need this immediately.”
It was about calm.
About slowing down.
About that strange feeling when you look at a new Minotti piece and somehow remember your grandmother’s table - the one you were absolutely not allowed to scratch.

In a world where everything moves too fast, new collections suddenly bring you back to childhood - to a place that feels cosy, quiet, and somehow safe.

And yes, for yet another year, major brands are gracefully escaping the fair itself and moving into showrooms all across Milan.

So suddenly, you’re not just walking through Salone, but wandering through the city, stepping into historic palazzos where furniture somehow looks even better, while brand representatives tell you not only about the new sofa, but also about the ceiling frescoes from 1786.

Honestly, it feels even better this way.

It feels like progress slowed down for a moment, giving us one more chance to stay a little longer in a beautiful, familiar world.

The selection of art pieces required the most attention - they define the character and mood of the space.
