When I first pulled up, you could barely see the yard through the grass. The sidewalk was disappearing, the driveway was blending into the lawn, and the house wasn’t getting the curb appeal it deserved.

A few hours later, the transformation speaks for itself. It’s always amazing how much of a difference a fresh cut can make. No fancy landscaping, no major renovations—just hard work and a mower bringing a property back to life.

These are the jobs that remind me why I enjoy what I do. Seeing a property go from looking forgotten to looking cared for again never gets old.

🌿 Before ➡️ After!

This property was completely overgrown with tall grass, horsetail, and w**ds. After a full mow and cleanup, it’s looking much more manageable and ready for regular maintenance.

I know there are still some grass clippings visible in a few areas. Due to how tall and thick the growth was, it took multiple passes to cut it down. I’ll be back in two weeks for another mowing, which will help clean up the remaining clippings and continue improving the lawn’s overall appearance.

Regular maintenance makes a huge difference, especially when a property has been neglected for a while. Every visit gets it looking better and healthier.

Installed fresh mulch, a new drip irrigation system, and planted a beautiful mix featuring a Japanese maple, heather shrubs, and other low-maintenance plants to bring this space to life. The drip system will help keep everything healthy while reducing water waste and maintenance.

We got it cleaned up just in time and brought the yard back under control 💪
