What a feelin'. 🤍

Ray and Andrew are out at Bluewater Ln this week working through the final punch list - and that means this one is almost home!

This is the quiet part of a build that nobody really sees. The framing's done, the paint's up, the house looks finished from the road. But Ray and Andrew are the ones chasing down the last details that actually make it a home - touching up the trim and exterior, getting another coat of stain on the porch ceilings, fixing the doors that stick just a little, smoothing out the spots only they would notice. None of it makes headlines. All of it is what a homeowner feels the day they walk in.

A few days the keys change hands. This is the part we never get tired of.

Spivey Building Co builds more than homes. Here's what else we build in Grays Harbor:

🔨 Detached shops From bare-bones storage to fully finished work spaces. Concrete floor, insulation, electrical, lighting — or just the shell. You tell us how you use it and we build it right for that use.

🚗 Carports + garages Attached and detached. Single or multi-bay. If you're in GH and park outside year-round, you already know why this matters.

🏠 Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) Finished living quarters above a shop or detached from the main house. Full kitchen, bath, sleeping — permitted and built to live in. For in-laws, rental income, or a guest space that actually functions.
