This primary bathroom remodel was designed to bring a little luxury to everyday routines.

The space now features a barrier-free shower, dedicated water closet, soaking tub beneath the existing stained glass window, and generous storage throughout, creating a space that feels both functional and relaxing.

The project also included an addition for a new walk-in closet, completing the primary suite transformation.

This East Grand Rapids ranch gained more than just extra square footage.

Designed as a private mother-in-law suite, this addition gives Mom a place to call her own while keeping family close. Complete with a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, custom built-ins, a workspace, and an accessible bathroom with a curbless shower, the new suite was designed for both comfort and everyday living.

It’s a space that offers independence without sacrificing connection—making it possible for multiple generations to stay close while everyone still has a place of their own.

A basement built for entertaining deserved a bar that could keep up.

We transformed this outdated wet bar into a space that’s equal parts functional and inviting. A hidden trash pullout, sink, and dishwasher make cleanup easy, while the beverage fridge, microwave oven, and dedicated storage keep everything needed for hosting close at hand—so there’s no need to run upstairs every time someone wants a drink or snack.

The quartz countertop and full-height matching backsplash steal the show, while under-cabinet and interior cabinet lighting create the perfect atmosphere for everything from game nights to gatherings on the walkout patio.

First impressions matter.
What started as a builder-grade entry, staircase, and sitting room is now one of the most striking spaces in the home.
Custom wall paneling, new stair railings and treads, updated lighting, refinished hardwood floors, and a new front door transformed the space from basic to custom while highlighting the architecture that was there all along.

Built in 1991, this condo featured a closed-off kitchen and separate living spaces that felt disconnected from the rest of the home.

Many homes and condos from the 80s and 90s were built with non-load-bearing walls, making it possible to open up the layout and create a more connected main living area. By reworking the existing footprint, we added a large island, improved storage, and created a brighter, more functional space for everyday living.

The best storage solutions are the ones that make everyday life a little easier.

From hidden appliance garages and pull-out organizers to custom closet systems, laundry storage, and built-in bathroom niches, thoughtful design can help every space work harder without feeling cluttered.

This primary suite addition was designed to give these homeowners a comfortable main-floor living space for years to come.

Rather than adding an accessible elevator to reach the existing second-floor bedrooms, they chose to build a new primary suite overlooking their wooded property. The addition includes a custom bathroom, walk-in closet, and spacious bedroom, with finishes selected to tie in with the rest of the home.

From rendering to reality ✨
Seeing a design move from concept to finished space never gets old.
This kitchen was reimagined with warm cherry cabinetry, textured tile, layered lighting, and grounding black accents to create a space that feels both modern and inviting.
Renderings play an important role early in the design process — helping homeowners visualize layout, materials, and overall flow before construction even begins.

This kitchen might look effortless now, but there's a lot that happens before it gets to this point.

Behind the scenes, we're coordinating trades, managing timelines, passing inspections, and making sure everything behind the walls is done right - so the finished space not only looks good, but functions exactly how it should.
