🚨 NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED PLOW TRUCK DRIVER 🚨

MR Concrete is looking to add an experienced plow truck driver to our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season! ❄️🚜

💰 $30–$35 PER HOUR (Based on experience)
💵 Paid twice monthly

We service strictly COMMERCIAL properties throughout the Des Moines metro, with the majority of our accounts located in West Des Moines.

REQUIREMENTS:
❄️ Minimum 5 years of commercial snow plowing experience
❄️ Experience operating plow trucks AND salting equipment
❄️ MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL SNOW AND ICE EVENTS – NO EXCEPTIONS
❄️ Must be reliable, dependable, and ready to work whenever weather conditions require
❄️ Must be comfortable working long hours during storms
❄️ Must operate equipment efficiently and safely

⚠️ EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are NOT looking to train anyone. We need an operator who can jump in a truck and get the job done without supervision.

This position requires a serious commitment throughout the winter season. If you’re unable to be available for every storm, this position is not for you.

Look what we can accomplish in just 4 short days of work! 💪

From excavation to pool walls, plumbing, floor, and nearly complete backfill — this project has come a LONG way in just four working days.

The rain doesn’t stop us, but it certainly slows down certain steps of the process. We work around the weather, keep things moving where we can, and make the most of every good day we get.

Next up: concrete decking, retaining walls, fire pit, and bringing this entire backyard together. Stay tuned for the finished product! 👀

❄️ SNOWRATOR OPERATORS WANTED — $30–$50/HR ❄️

MR Concrete is looking for dependable Snowrator operators for the 2026–2027 snow season.

💰 Pay ranges from $30–$50/hour

$30+/hr — Operating equipment that stays at one assigned property.

Up to $50/hr — For operators willing to pull a small trailer between multiple properties. We provide the trailer, Snowrator, and salt bags.

🚨 EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! 🚨
You must have previous experience operating snow removal equipment. We need people who can safely and efficiently operate equipment without needing to be trained from scratch.

The $50/hr position requires you to be comfortable pulling a small trailer and traveling between assigned properties throughout the storm.

❄️ Must be dependable and available when snow hits
🌙 Nights, early mornings, weekends & holidays may be required
🚜 Previous snow/equipment experience REQUIRED
📍 Des Moines / West Des Moines & surrounding areas

This is on-call seasonal work based on snowfall and a great opportunity to make extra money throughout the winter.

Another massive new construction project underway! 👊🏼 Stay tuned for completion pictures!

This custom home will have around 300 yards of concrete just on the interior! 😳

The project also includes a 160’ × 60’ shop floor with frost walls and floor drains — a serious amount of concrete going into this one.

From foundations and walls to shop floors, garages, driveways, patios, and more, MR Concrete has the equipment and crew to handle projects of any size. 💪🏼

Another new construction project wrapped up today! 👊🏼

We finished up the garage and porch on this one — and there was A LOT of fill on this project! 😳

The garage received a whopping 280 TONS of sand backfill, while the basement took another 200 TONS of pea gravel — nearly 500 tons of material between the two!

We also installed a centered floor drain in the garage to help handle water and snow runoff from vehicles during those Iowa winter months. ❄️

Another one ready for the next phase of construction! 💪🏼
