Looking for a reliable solo worker who can perform all tasks independently, including:

• Zero-turn mowing with clean, crisp stripes
• Stick edging, trimming, and blower cleanup
• W**d whipping correctly (no scalping or burning grass)
• Hedge trimming
• Detailed cleanup work
• Operating a bucket tractor (Kubota 2620 LX)
• Plow truck + salt spreader operation
• Sharpening blades in-house with RGB 712
• Safe blade changes + proper mower deck cleaning
• No misuse of equipment — must take pride in work and detail
