Throughout my adult life and career I have always had the dream of owning and operating my own business, after many years of hard work and patience I'm proud to announce that Boltz Construction is officially open for business!! This wouldn't have been possible without the incredible impact that so many people have had on my career and the many different ways they guided, coached, and provided inspiration. I have so many people to thank for everything they offered throughout my career and have a few that I want to show some recognition to.
Thank you to Industrial Tube & Steel Corporation for teaching me the ropes of not just how to operate a business, but more importantly, how to treat your coworkers and clients. When over a third of your team has worked together for more than 15 years, it's clear that you've emphasized doing things the right way!
Thank you to Jason Winkler for taking a chance on me. From the moment we met until my last day, you couldn't have been more supportive, not only of my career, but also of my family. For that, I am truly grateful. Your leadership is remarkable, and I aspire to one day be the leader you are.
To the rest of the team at Summit Construction Company, you were instrumental in teaching me so much about commercial construction, project management, superintending, and accounting. This move wouldn't have been possible without all of your help over the last few years.
And lastly, my wife Gwenyth Boltz, every day you teach me and our boys not only how to be a wonderful wife and mother, but also how to work incredibly hard at your career and your side business. None of this would be possible without your unwavering support.
As I write this, I realize how overwhelmed I am by the positive memories and friendships I have made throughout my career. I am excited for everything that comes with the new beginnings of Boltz Construction!
