My family and I have owned businesses here in Albany before, such as Southern Hood and Exhaust as well as Southern Services Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. we sold those platforms to Roto Rooter (where you can still request any one of us) back in 2021. With a strong, twenty year work/business history in the Albany area and surrounding community, and a bit of gray hair, I am confident that we can help you with all of your small land and backhoe needs.

This was a fun one! 2500 square feet with an elevation drop from back to front of almost three feet. Almost 300 tons of material were used, packed every six inches. The whole process took two days. This beautiful barn was constructed by Jessie and Dan Bolton at Old South Barns.

A quick cleanup is our latest fun. Two trees removed and stumps dug up. Brought in fill dirt and graded it all out. Customers were thrilled, and I was even happier with the customer.

This little acre of land was a mess after years of neglect. With less than a day on site, we were able to clean that mess back up. Customer wanted just a rough cut and clean up so they could access the septic system again.

Had a cleanup job over the weekend. Started with the trash. Moved on to removing two mammoth muscadine vines along with around 100 cut up telephone poles and the over growth around them. Plus, around thirty tons of top soil contaminated with trash and broken wood. Eight loads and two days later, and it’s a clean acre once again.
