How to set realistic goals

So much of being a good manager has seemingly nothing to do with this job. The reason I love managing, is the same reason I love to teach karate; it gives me an opportunity to change peoples lives. I live for the “ahh ha” moments where something I said resonates with someone on a deep level.

On this team, my goal is to be seen as a mentor, someone who leads by example, and expects to be held accountable for my own self improvement.

Worth the read. Even the government knows there’s a problem, but the most they can do is try to limit future rate hikes. If your bills are already high, understand the problem will only get worse.
