Special thanks to Jude in Holley for allowing us the opportunity to make some much needed repairs to her foundation. We removed all the failed stucco, installed galvanized lathe and followed up with 3 lifts of new, sponge finished, stucco coat. She was also gracious enough to pass our name along to her neighbors, the Langfitt’s who contracted with us to do the same work on their entire foundation. Thanks again to the Langfitt’s, it was a pleasure to work for you

Bill Bostwick of Albion caught his foundation heading south and called us in for a replacement. We poured a new concrete footer with reinforcing rods every 16” and grouted CMU wall to re-attach existing wall to new foundation. MtM Property Services was proud to partner with the Barre Fire Department to repair extensive water damage that had damaged the main concrete support beam across the facade of the building. We removed the entire block course above the affected beam, repaired the affected beam, followed with thru wall flashing, weeps and new masonry units. Replaced rotted lentil above man door along with thru wall flashing and weeps to allow the passage of water and ensure the integrity of the buildings facade for years to come. A huge thanks to the Barre Fire Department for choosing MtM to complete your repairs .

Extra special thanks to Richard Bean in Hilton for having MtM Property Services give his sidewalk and porch a little pick me up. We removed the existing brick pavers with a new concrete walk and then replaced the old precast treads with new bluestone step treads.

We would like to thank St,Mary’s Archers Club for the opportunity to restore your monument and flag pole. This was a complete restoration with removal of all the existing mortar joints. Repair of concrete base. Intensive chemical scrub. Installation of 3/8” colored, raised bead joints. Followed with a strip and paint for the flag pole. This will stand proud for years to come.
