Hybrid Heat pump water heater install, D.O.A. defect on the discharge fan assembly. Factory Tech Support sent out a brand-new fan assembly, this is how easy it would have been to repair, hindsight is 20/20 as they say. The loose blower wheel shaft nut must have been missed on final assembly and inspection?

Here are 3 things you should check before calling an HVAC tech:

1. **Thermostat batteries** — dead batteries mimic system failure.
2. **Air filter** — a clogged filter can shut your system down.
3. **Breaker** — HVAC breakers trip more often than people think.

If all three look good and it’s still not working, then it’s time to call a pro.”
