Our dormitory renovation project at a local university is finally complete and the new home for several students in eight new apartments, each with three private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit laundry. JMc Architects is working on the build-out of a former restaurant space, in the Old Town area of Alexandria, to create a new restaurant called Finn and Fire. The chef/owner is an experienced restauranter and is developing this new location as a variation on her other restaurants which will serve 'surf-and-turf' and sushi rolls and evoke an ambiance of Tulum and Miami. the German Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR) to
provide technical consulting services for the proposed renovation of the
ambassador’s residence at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of
Germany in Washington, DC. The design team is led by the German
architecture firm Richter+Partner and local architect of record Page
Southerland Architects (Page/), with additional team members Kempen
Krause Ingenieure and Förster Engineering.
