Another beautiful Wadena property getting a new roof from the CCS crew! Our Restoration Consultant Korey Krafthefer was able to help this homeowner with their insurance claim. The 5yr old GAF Timberline shingles were completely destroyed by hail. Korey was able to get the full roof replacement paid for by their insurance company. The only out of pocket expense for the homeowner is their insurance deductible! If you need any assistance with your claim, give the guys from CCS a call.

Today’s project. Remove hail damaged steel roofing, redeck the home and shed. Replacing steel with Malarkey Vista class 4 impact resistant shingles in the color Brilliant Black. This Parkers Prairie home will be one to come back and check out. CCS is replacing not only the roof, but complete window, siding, gutters and doors.

CCS received a call from this homeowner in the middle of July. This homeowner was referred to CCS by another contractor. Eric Schultz went out and took a look at the property. Knowing this home received wind/hail damage, he requested an Itel report. The insurance company instantly informed Eric and the homeowner both roofs were being pd for except for the homeowner’s insurance deductible.

Replacement: Malarkey Vista (after photos to follow).

The guys are working their tails off on this beast! CCS Restoration Consultant Kyle Donlea got this homeowners insurance company to pay for full roof replacements on both structures. Only out of pocket money for the homeowner is their $1000 deductible!
Tear off of 3yr old Atlas Pinnacle shingles, replacing with Malarkey Vista class 4 impact resistant shingles in the color of Brilliant Black. Check back for after photos, this one is going to look amazing!
