Andy is rolling in on some of our new equipment for 2026! We now have verticut reels with our new Toro Reelmaster 5200D, which will allow us to really step up our lawns and take them all to the next level. Verticutting is arguably one of the most important cultural practices for Bermuda, therefore verticutting will be part of all our annual full service plans.

This is just another example of one of the numerous practices we include in all our full service programs that can’t be found anywhere else.

We started in the golf industry and bring those practices, processes, and standards to every single yard we manage. Sometimes you have to take a break at work and do some fishing! (The catch is in the comments).

No fish were harmed, we actually took them to the nearby lake (400 yards away). These couple fish were trapped in the puddle after a recent rain and had no way to get back to the lake. With no rain in the forecast, we relocated so they can hopefully live happily!

It’s that Rye time of year! Our overseeded yards are starting to get their first cuts of the perennial rye. The right blend of perennial rye provides the best lawn color there is! Early next year people will be stopping to touch and verify if it is real!
This rye blend is from Harrell's LLC and the color is courtesy of the best fertilizer on the market, Harrell’s Polyon. Harrell’s is the only fertilizer we use, nothing but the best for our clients!
