My text is up and running again so I will be able to receive calls and texts again. I appreciate everyone's patience!
Did you know old stumps, ground or cut under ground level can cause small sinkholes? This was a first for me, but after some research and digging down the sunken area, an old big stump was revealed. The stump breaks down and decompresses causing the earth to sink with it. We were able to level the yard out in the area, packing it tight while leaving a soft layer of topsoil, and new grass seed, while also reseeding another portion of the yard. With good watering and warm weather, it will look good as new in no time.

Whew, it's been a minute and it seems as though this summer is flying by! This heat wave has brought in new growth, and that means new growth of weeds as well! At this time I will only be scheduling mulch as it's not quite time for planting and weeding services (I will be scheduling that come mid April!)🙂. Hi Everyone!
I will be raising my prices this coming season of 2026, due to higher cost of materials, tool upkeep and living. I have been considering this with careful thought, and understand that this decision may not work for everyone.
