Won't the foam erode with water over time? It's one of the most common questions we get about concrete lifting, so here's the answer.
When concrete sinks, it's usually because soil underneath has washed out or settled, leaving an empty space called a void. With polyurethane foam concrete lifting (also called polyjacking or foam jacking), we drill small 1-inch holes and inject foam that fills the void and hardens into a solid, water-resistant support.
