This driveway had been sinking for a couple of years — until we lifted it back to grade with poly foam. No demo, no mess, done in a few hours. That's the difference between poly-jacking and ripping out concrete. Free estimate: 801-217-9823. 🦏

That's not just filler going down the hole — it's structural grout, and it's the reason a helical pier or micropile actually holds long-term. The grout bonds the pier to the surrounding soil so the load transfers into solid ground, not just the steel. Small step most people never see — it's the difference between a repair that holds and one that doesn't. Free estimate: 801-217-9823. 🦏

Don’t let a concrete lip become a trip hazard.

Sunken sidewalks, driveways, and patios may start as a small uneven edge, but they can create safety and drainage concerns over time. Rhino Foundation Systems uses Poly-Jack concrete lifting to help raise settled concrete with polyurethane foam injection—often avoiding the disruption of a full tear-out and replacement.

If you have noticed a raised edge, a sinking slab, or water that no longer drains away properly, our team can help you understand the cause and your options. Send us a message or request a free inspection to get started.

Replacing concrete may be the right answer in some situations—but it should not be the first assumption.

When a driveway or patio settles, the visible crack is only part of the story. The most important questions are why the slab moved, whether the supporting soil has changed, and what repair will actually fit the site conditions.

At Rhino Foundation Systems, we assess the underlying cause before recommending a solution. That means helping homeowners understand their options instead of treating every uneven slab the same way.

If you have noticed settlement, drainage changes, or a new trip hazard around your property, request a free evaluation. Clear information is the first step toward the right repair.

You're not trippin. The concrete is.

If you've caught your toe on that same spot in the driveway more than once, it's not you. Utah's soil settles, and the slab settles right along with it.

Here's the part most people don't know: you probably don't need to replace it. We drill a penny-sized hole, inject polyurethane foam underneath, and the slab lifts back to level — usually in about an hour. No demolition, no new concrete, no week of waiting.

Costs a fraction of a full replacement, and it works on driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, and pool decks.

We're family-owned right here in American Fork, been doing this since 1964. Free estimates across Utah County and Salt Lake County.

Ever wonder what happens when the ground under a building just isn't strong enough on its own? 🤔

That's where hollow bar micropiles come in. Instead of pouring a foundation and hoping the soil underneath holds up, we drill a steel bar deep into the ground and pump grout through it as we go — bonding it to solid, load-bearing soil the entire way down. Think of it like anchoring the structure to the strongest ground available, not just what's sitting right at the surface.

It's one of the tools we reach for when the soil conditions call for something more than a standard footing. Grouted steel, bonded the whole depth, built to last.

Most people don't call a foundation contractor because they know what's wrong. They call because something isn't right and they can't name it.

That's the moment where communication matters most.

Scott's project didn't fit neatly into any category on our website — so he picked up the phone. Beverly listened and helped him put words to what he was actually seeing. Casey went out, looked at the structure, and gave him a diagnosis he could understand and act on.

No jargon. No pressure. Just a clear picture of the problem and a plan.

The construction industry has a reputation problem when it comes to communication, and it's earned. Unreturned calls. Vague answers. Estimates that change three times. We've been a family-owned company in American Fork, and the thing we're proudest of isn't the piers or the polyurethane — it's that people hang up the phone knowing more than they did before.

Foundation issues in Utah County and Salt Lake County are rarely simple. Expansive clay soils, old Lake Bonneville sediment, and shifting moisture levels mean two houses on the same street can need completely different solutions. That's exactly why the conversation has to come first.

If you're a property manager, agent, or homeowner staring at a crack and wondering whether it's cosmetic or structural — call us. Free estimates, straight answers. 801-217-9823 🦏

Most people never find out what's holding their house up until something goes wrong.

On this job, we drilled 50 feet down and installed micropiles. The grout bonds to the soil along the full length, so the weight of the house transfers into ground that can actually carry it — not the loose material near the surface.

If your floors have started sloping or the cracks are getting wider, that's worth a look. We've been doing this in Utah for 40+ years, and the estimate is free.

6 signs you need foundation repair 👀

Stair-step cracks in brick. Doors that stick. Cracks above windows and doors. Sloping floors. Gaps at the baseboards. Cracks in the slab.

None of these mean panic — but all of them mean pay attention. Utah's clay soils move every year, and these are how your house tells you it's moving with them.

The honest rule we give everyone: one sign, keep an eye on it. Three or more, have a pro take a look before it gets expensive.

Lifting 4,000 lbs of concrete with foam. Watch. 🦏

That sunken driveway slab or uneven sidewalk? You don't need to tear it out. Here's the whole process in 8 steps: we drill dime-sized holes, inject structural poly foam underneath, and the foam expands to fill the void and lift the slab right back to level. Then we patch the holes — you'll barely find them — and you can drive on it the same day.

A couple of hours. No demolition. A fraction of the cost of replacement.
