Just finished this 5,000 sf modern farmhouse in Braendel Creek Subdivision for an incredible family! This staircase features 3 1/2” concrete stair treads supported by a metal stringer, on a 20 foot wall covered in shiplap. Cable rail and flooring to be installed next. Stay tuned for more pictures of this stunner!

This traditional home features 4,820 sf of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, heated driveway, in-floor heat, 25 solar panels, huge master shower, basement wet bar, and a two-story sports court for basketball and/or rock climbing! This family was truly a delight to build for!

Our first house in Braendel Creek Subdivision is complete! 5 car tandem garage, steel floating stairs, AC in master, in-floor heat, solar panels, Savant smart home, 13.1 surround sound theater, and enough appliances to feed an army. This was a fun build!
